DAY 25 - TO KURASHIKI - SATURDAY 21 MAY

Time for some sake-tasting (well, by me anyway) in a little sake-brewing town called Saijo where we stopped at Kamotsuru.

and inside they show you how sake is brewed, rice in its different milled stages and provide tastings of a diverse range of sake



After a purchase for later tasting, we stopped at a picturesque port town at the southern end, Tomonoura, situated at a bay facing the Seto Inland Sea.  It features an endearing old-fashioned fishing townscape, with a calm and laid-back atmosphere
