We overnighted snug
in the harbour on Ponza with its stupendous
half-moon bay - Chiaia di Luna - beneath a
stunning white cliff
walked up the hill for an excellent pizza, with a view of the bay
and, in celebration of St Silverius' day, were wowed by illuminations
plus midnight fireworks almost to rival new year's eve
