We visited
lovely Ljubljana some pre-EU years back and have fond memories, plus we've heard very good things
about the region around Lake Bled, an hour or so north towards the
Italian border and with views of the Julian Alps, and the whisper of shoreline along the Adriatic coast.
EasyJet again, and this time with a voyage north to Stansted (a foreign country all its own), let alone the land of the dragons...
